On 12 January this year, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) presented Opinions 2013. In the annual survey, it shows how the Swedish people view issues of security and defence. One well-noted piece of news this time was that public support for NATO membership had increased, but the most shocking results were about confidence in defence policy.
