Eller så sveper de sig i normkritisk ideologi och går till angrepp mot dem som vill ha ordning och lugn. Allmänhet och medarbetare lämnas i sticket. Samtidigt måste man inse att bibliotekskrisen är del av ett större ordnings- och trygghetsproblem som bottnar i utanförskap och bristande integration.
